I will not start the commission before receiving the payment.

​

I will send the client a low resolution work in progress (WIP) image when the sketch is done.

The client must link me the character(s) I'm about to draw, I prefer fully colored references.

​

If the client is rude or overall feels very difficult to deal with, I can cancel the commission.

If the client wants changes to the drawing, the first revision will be free. More than 1 revisions will start requiring extra. (No extra if the change is very minor.)

Deadlines come with extra fee unless the time limit is over 1 month.

​

I retain all the rights to the artwork (displaying in gallery/portfolio/prints), unless otherwise negotiated.

​

The client retains all the rights to the ownership to their characters.

​

The client has a permission to upload the commission to their galleries with credits, print for personal use, or use as a profile icon.

​

The client cannot claim the artwork as their own.

​

The client is not allowed to profit from the commission in any form.

​

The client has 2 weeks to pay from sending the commission request, otherwise it gets cancelled.

​

Finished works will be uploaded to my social media galleries and each artwork will have my signature on it.

​

The publishing can be delayed if the client wishes. (For example, if it is a gift art).

​

When commissioning artwork from me the client has agreed on all of these terms.
